One man Liferaft type 16
The single seat liferaft Aérazur type 16 provides aircrew survivor with advance sea worthiness and
improved comfort.
Original designed characteristic and the latest technological development result in a very low weight and a
minimum packing volume.
The single seat liferaft Aérazur type 16 and its derivatives are suitable for use in various climatic
environments.
Personal Survival Pack
Aérazur designs, qualifies and manufactures Personal Survival Packs for fighter pilots, airplane or
helicopter crews flying over water.
The PSP are designed as individual rescues in case of ditching.
Different types of PSP exist depending on missions, or integration inside airplane:
- Hip type pack : flexible or rigid
- Back type pack
- Hand type pack
The PSP include a one-man liferaft (vacuum packed or not), a connecting strap, a cushion and survival
components.

Helicopter Tactical Lifejackets
As a world leader in the field of safety and survival equipment, Aérazur is well known for designing and manufacturing life jackets.
The tactical helicopter lifejackets, multi-functions multi-missions lifejackets, have been designed,
originally for Navy, Army, Air or Commando Forces, to provide:
- high modularity for specific missions
- pockets with big capacity and different shapes to transport survival and/or military components
- survival for 24 hours minimum, on land or at sea
Search And Rescue Lifejackets
Aérazur designs, qualifies and manufactures lifejackets specially dedicated for the search and
rescue of airplane (without ejection seat) or helicopter crews flying over water.
These lifejackets, made from non-fire fabrics, integrate floatation bladder, and pockets for basic survival
components:
- Mirror

- Flare launcher pack
- Day/night signal

Fighter Lifejackets
Aérazur has designed different types of fighter life vest:
- The Combat Survival Vest has been originally designed as a physiological protective garment for strike
aircraft crew. It supports, on a single garment, all the components required to ensure survival for 24 hours
minimum in hostile environment.
- Very light, The "PAF" Life Vest has been designed specifically for being worn by crew during aerobatic
exhibition and high velocity evolution.
Navy Lifejackets
Aérazur designs, qualifies and manufactures different types of lifejackets dedicated for the
specific missions of Navy Forces:
- Flight deck crews
- Warships crews
- Navy Commando
These lifejackets integrate, at a minimum, a floatation bladder (various buoyancies), and pockets for basic
survival components.
Parachutist Lifejackets
Compatible with any type of personnel parachute without any risk of interference with equipment or user, the life vest can be inflated prior or after landing on water.
Hypothermia protection
Immersion Suit type 850-1 and 951
These water-proof suits are especially designed to protect the user against cold water environment.
These immersion suits type 850-1 and 951 being worn during flight supply to the user an acceptable comfort in
cold environment as well as in hot atmosphere.
These water-proof suits are manufactured from non fire fabric.
Immersion Suit type 860
The immersion suit type 860 has been designed for use as survival suit by passengers of aircraft and
helicopters on flight over sea.
With regards to its use this immersion suit, is available in one size and manufactured out of flame retardant
material.
Waterproof Underwear
Worn under the flight suit, the waterproof underwear is especially designed to protect the user against
cold water environment.
Surfaced by the flight suit, it is the only equipment which is watertight after fire exposure.
This Aérazur waterproof Underwear allows wearing ABC suit.
Gz Protection
Anti G pant type 822, 825
The recent development of highly manoeuvrable aircraft leads to the requirement for significant improvement
in protection against the effect of high G forces.
The Aérazur type 822 and 825 anti g pants embrace the very latest advances in fabric and sealing
technologies,
meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability for the strike aircraft crew.
The anti G suit is intended for use by crew in high performance aircraft in various aerial combat maneuvers up
to 9 G.
